Q: Is the repair guaranteed?
A: Yes, all repair work comes complete with a 3 year guarantee.

Q: What type of damage can be repaired?
A: Any minor damage up to 7,5cm in length.

Q: What is the procedure if I want to make a booking?
A: Ensure the damaged area falls within the guidelines and then follow these steps:
1. Have your policy number / ID number on hand and contact AutoBright on 0860109215
2. You will be requested to send photos (MMS or email) regarding your required maintenance
3. Once AutoBright has processed the maintenance request, you will receive an SMS notification confirming the repair
4. On approval, AutoBright will contact you to arrange the maintenance date
5. You will receive a confirmation SMS 24 hours prior to the maintenance call. Should this time no longer be convenient, it will be your responsibility to reschedule
6. If a Mobile Unit is accessible in your area, we will attend to your vehicle at a location of your choice. If a Mobile Unit is not accessible to you, we will attend to your vehicle at one of our nationwide body maintenance shops

Q: How are repairs carried out?
A: Once the repair is approved, you will be contacted promptly by AutoBright to arrange a mutually convenient time and location for the repair.

Q: Do you need access to power or water?
A: No, all AutoBright Vehicles are fully equipped with everything needed to carry out the repair.
